The property comprises a spacious main house sleeping 8, plus, if you are looking for more beds, a separate annexe (The Boat House) sleeping a further 6. The houses are next to each other and both enjoy the same wonderful outlook, making them ideal for extended families or friends holidaying together.

Outside, you’ll find an enormous two acre garden, perfect for football, summer games, and children to run free.

Floraldene - sleeps 8

Floraldene offers generous, comfortable accommodation ideal for families. The house includes one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one bunk bedroom, two twin rooms, plus two further shower rooms and a family bathroom.

Living space includes a cosy snug and a large sitting room with lovely views over Brea Hill and sliding doors that open up to a terrace perfect for watching the sun go down. There is a spacious, eat in, kitchen, with doors that open onto another terrace perfect for catching the morning sun. There is also a separate utility room and a handy outdoor shower, perfect after a day surfing or on the beach.

The Boat House - sleeps 6

This spacious three bedroom house offers comfortable, flexible accommodation ideal for families or larger groups. The property includes a master bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Living space is centred around a large, bright open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining area upstairs, designed to make the most of natural light and create a welcoming space for gathering together. A separate utility room adds extra convenience for longer stays and busy households.

The Boat House can only be rented along with Floraldene and not on it’s own.

Floraldene and The Boat House are right next to each other with a shared large garden out the back. Floraldene can be rented with the Boat House or just on its own. The Boat House cannot be rented on its own as it is classed as auxiliary accommodation.

The houses are just off the road through Trebetherick. Apart from crossing that road it is possible to walk the ten minutes to Daymer Bay totally across fields and the golf course which is perfect for families with children.

Rock is a 5 minute drive away and has a very good butcher, baker, fishmonger and a spar. Polzeath, a brilliant surfing beach, is a 5 minute drive in the other direction.

Location

Floraldene and the Boat House are avabile to rent for a limited number of weeks throughout the year. The weeks run from Friday - Friday. Do get in touch for rates.
